Lawsuit follows…
According to a lawsuit, Miley Cyrus’ tongue reportedly badly injured a crew worker. The lawsuit was filed by Charles Sarris against a Los Angeles based equipment supply company which was hired to make the mouth slide for Miley’s “Bangerz” tour.
Gossip website TMZ reports that Sarris claims that the equipment and tools provided to him by the company failed, causing him to fall and badly hurt himself last month.
