On the run Joe Budden turns himself in.

Rapper and former Love and Hip Hop star, Joe Budden, has turned himself to answer to charges for robbery and assault filed by his girlfriend.

Apparently, Budden assaulted his girlfriend and stole her cellphone after she posted a picture on her Instagram of her and another man at a club.
