In a recent occurrence,  one of the wives of the Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Olayiwola Adeyemi, was spotted sitting close to him as he addresses some market women who came to see him at his palace last week. The Alaafin who is one of the most popular monarchs in Nigeriarecently celebrated his 76th birthday in grandstyle.
