"I did the Atkins diet and I love," revealed the star of E! on Twitter this weekend when a fan asked how she had lost weight after the birth of her daughter, North .
The low carbohydrate diet, created by Dr. Robert Atkins, is to eat high protein foods and encourages people to rely too much calories.
But this is not the diet that helped Kardashian to losing pounds.
After all, during the Paris fashion week, she was seen going to the gym.
Whatever she does, it works!
