Elton John will marry his partner David Furnish in May

Elton John  and  David Furnish  will say yes in two months.

The legendary singer and his partner were married in a civil ceremony in England, said Furnish the Las Vegas Review Journal  Friday at the Elton birthday party at Fizz Las Vegas (the singer created) to Caesars Palace.

The couple had pacsé there eight years, and they had a big party in their London home on this occasion. But since last Friday for the wedding is legal in England, they decided to say yes again.

"We do not feel the need to make our union official at the legal level," said Furnish. "But since we're together for life, we feel that it is very important to take the plunge, take advantage of this incredible change in the law. We all live by imitation."

Shared by Elton John, who told feeling Jimmy Kimmel  last October they would marry in May, after the English parliament passed a law making gay marriage legal.

"If the law is on our side, we must do as famous gay couple. It is our duty to do, so that everybody knows that it is a gift we never thought get, "said John in the show Jimmy Kimmel Live .

Although they had organized a lavish ceremony to celebrate their PACS, the duo prefer something more intimate this time, along with their two children, Elijah  and Zachary .

As for the stars like Elton birthday party,  Kelly Osbourne ,  Sharon Osbourne , Quincy Jones ,  Nicolas Cage ,  David Spade ,  Nicolas Cage  and many others, came to him sing "Happy Birthday" while a huge birthday cake with three levels advancing towards him.
