Nigerian footballer, Obafemi Martins has made the list of Highest Paid Players In US Major League Soccer. With his new two-year deal with his current club Seattle Sounders, Obagoal as fondly is now the 8th most paid player on the league. Actress Doris Simeon in a recent TV interview spoke once again about her failed marriage to movie producer, Daniel Adenimokan. Speaking on TVC breakfast show, Your Views, this week, Doris said Daniel asked her for a divorce several times before they finally separate.
"This man asked for divorce over seven times, long before we finally separated. At every little problem, he would say ‘I want divorce, I want divorce.' There are some people that he listens to when they talk to him, so I tried to call pastors, and they kept calling him, but he wouldn’t pick their calls. At some point, I just realized that he had made up his mind finally. It got to a point that I had to look at myself in the mirror, and I said to myself, ‘Doris, you are a beautiful woman, why would you want to kill yourself over nothing?’ I convinced myself to just try and move on with my life also. It took me a year to get to that point, but in between that time, I was trying to focus my mind on other things such as work."

An HBO documentary of Beyonce & Jay Z‘s ‘On The Run’ tour has aired to much acclaim. The documentary was edited over five days and captured some amazing moments from the world-breaking tour.

The headliners for this year’s Hennessy Artistry, 2Face and Wizkid are now putting finishing touches to their first ever collaboration for the Hennessy Artistry theme song. 2Face and Wizkid have had several sessions at the Urban Vision studio where they listened to different beats sent in from some of the biggest music producers in the music industry. Out of the five beats that were sent in, the headliners have selected one beat and have kicked off studio sessions to complete the track. “It’s final now… we have found our groove… Eu de vie…!” 2Face said at the studio session.
The Hennessy Artistry theme song will premiere on Thursday, the 2nd of October. The Hennessy headliners will take over some of the buzzing clubs in and out of Lagos for the Hennessy Artistry club tour including Ghana and South Africa. The tour will culminate in a grand finale, which will hold on December 6, 2014. Details on the finale will be released later in the campaign.
