BIEBER SUED BY EX-NEIGHBOUR
Fresh from his Comedy Central Roast, there’s more bad news for Justin Bieber as reports claim he’s being sued by an ex-neighbour in Calabasas, who wants damages for ‘emotional distress’.
According to TMZ, Jeffrey and Suzanne Schwartz have filed a lawsuit against the 'All That Matters' singer at the Los Angeles Superior Court seeking more than $25,000 (£16,950) in unspecified damages.
The Schwartz’s are the infamous ‘egging victims’ of JB and his pals, with the 21-year old superstar accused of spitting in Jeffrey’s face during a confrontation outside their homes two years ago - something Justin has strongly denied.
The couple have also accused Biebs of causing them ‘emotional distress’ for speeding in their neighbourhood and for throwing loud house parties, while also accusing the star of hurling obscenities at Suzanne and their daughter.
TMZ adds that Schwartz also claims one of Bieber’s bodyguards called him a “little Jew boy” after he told Justin to stop putting lives at risk with his dangerous driving in 2013.
Justin has never faced criminal charges over the allegations mentioned in the new lawsuit, but he did previously fork out more than $80,000 in damages for throwing eggs at their home last January.
The 'Baby' hitmaker recently addressed his bad boy behaviour during his Roast last weekend, stating: “There was no preparing me for this life.
“I got thrown into this at 12 years old. There are moments I'm proud of and things I've done that don't define who I am."
Bieber concluded that his is “at a moment of change”, before adding: “I’m turning over a new leaf here.”
