And true fashionista, the young 32 year old woman showed us her fantastic body post-pregnancy all week in extraordinary outfits.
It played its forms molding sweeping curves in a flesh colored PVC skirt that seemed to be tailor-made for her body ... and news flash: it was probably the case.
A little later, she opted for a more classic look, while jeans, leaving a prominent place in her cleavage.

And dress display ended in a crescendo when Kim attended the evening CR Fashion Book, the magazine she is the one, aided by big names in fashion: Carine Roitfeld , Riccardo Tisci and the incomparable Karl Lagerfeld .
The star of reality TV has left us on the floor with her Givenchy dress with plunging neckline ultra- (straight out of the show) that left little to the imagination.
To complement her dress cut, Kim has painted her lips a deep red (great for fall!) And pushed her hair to the side to better frame her face.
She was so happy with her big night she posted a picture of her on Instagram alongside Tisci and says: "My knight of the evening."
