Maternity suit filed for Blue Ivy.

A Manhattan woman named Tina Seals has reportedly filed a lawsuit in which she claims to be the maternal mother of Blue Ivy, Jay Z and Beyoncé’s daughter.

The birth of Blue Ivy was always surrounded with rumours of surrogacy - whether this woman is a chancer or her legal document has legs to stand on remains to be seen.
