Seyi shay weighs in on alleged beef with tiwa savage

Seyi Shay and Tiwa Savage are two of the biggest female stars in African music; they have both been making headlines for a variety of reasons but the recent chatter has suggested that the two singers are beefing.

The alleged tension between the two singers is reported to have began a few weeks ago when Seyi Shay was named as an ambassador of Pepsi. Tiwa has been a Pepsi Ambassador for a while and it looked as if competition between the two stars was brewing. So you can imagine how people lost their minds when Seyi Shay shared this picture:

This added fuel to the “beef” fire but neither singer has chosen to comment on the rumours in the last few weeks. However, one radio journalist was brave enough to ask Seyi Shay about her rivalry with Tiwa. She responded by saying:

“Please I would love it if you call her now and ask her this same question if there is any beef between Tiwa Savage and Seyi Shay.”

While her anser wasn’t clear on whether or not there is a rivalry exist, both ladies continue to lead the charts and slay in their own lanes. Do you think Seyi Shay and Tiwa Savage could be beefing? Or is it another case of the media (not us, obvs) instigating rivalry?
