YBNL label owner, Olamide, needs no introduction in African circles. He is a musical pioneer and has shaped dozens of careers thanks to his influence in Nigerian and African music. At a time when West Africa seems to be linking up with the Western World more frequently, Olamide has drawn a line over how far he’s willing to go to see American artists team up with African artists.
For starters, Olamide has declared that he will not pay for international collaborations, no matter how big they may be. The 27 year old explained his reasoning:
“I will never pay for an international collaboration, Fela never did any international collaboration neither did he lobby or pay for any international collaboration, and his music went as far as all over the world.”
Shortly after releasing this statement, it was back to business for the “Baddo” star. Olamide immediately announced two new singles. The first of which was titled “Owo Blow”

He also released another track titled “Sere” which features Lil Kesh
