Miley Cyrus has angered the Mexican government. According to reports, the Mexican state legislature has asked the country’s federal government to fine the singer. This is after one of her dancers spanked her behind with a Mexican flag as she twerked. The former Disney princess was performing at an Independence Day event. 

She or her team could reportedly be fined up to around $1, 200 or be detained for 36 hours.
